1) All of the photographers listed in this directory use their listings in order to advertise their services. Therefore, Wedding Photographer Index ("We") cannot be held responsible or liable for any of their site contents.
2) None of the photographers listed on this website are endorsed in any way by Wedding Photographer Index.
3) Wedding Photographer Index cannot be held responsible for any problems or complaints related to any photographer, product or service that is listed on this website.
4) We will endeavour to keep Wedding Photographer Index online and accessible at all times. However, there may be brief periods where certain parts of the site are inaccessible while updates are made. Wedding Photographer Index accept no responsibility for the site being inaccessible due to hosting problems.
5) Adverts in the main region specific areas of this website are available to wedding photographers based in the UK only. If an advert is purchased for a service other than a UK wedding photographer, or if the website the advert links to contains offensive, prejudice, objectional or adult material, the advert will be removed and no refund will be applicable.
6) No advert will be activated until payment has been made in full and has cleared.
7) All advertising costs are annually renewable.
8) No refund shall be applicable under any circumstances where a period in excess of 30 days has elapsed since payment was received by us.
9) All adverts are static. In other words, once an advert has been purchased and its position allocated it will always appear in the same place in that area. Position shall be determined on a first come, first served basis within the advert's appropriate category. Banner Adverts will always be listed first in an area, followed by Premium Adverts, then paid Basic Adverts with Free Basic Adverts appearing at the bottom of the listings.
10) Any adverts not renewed before their expiry date will be removed from the directory until payment is received. Once an advert has been removed from the directory, its position in the listings shall be forfeited. Therefore, should a renewal payment be received by Wedding Photographer Index after the expiry date, the advert will be re-activated but will be relocated to the bottom of the relevant area.
11) Any alterations to adverts will be charged at £5 unless such alterations are requested at the time of renewal.
12) We reserve the right to refuse any adverts submitted to the directory. In the case payment has already been made, we will refund the amount paid in full unless doing so would contradict clause (5) above.
13) Where free basic advertising is requested, a reciprocal link must first be added to your own website home page linking to www.weddingphotographerindex.co.uk. The reciprocal link must not be coded in javascript or similar and must be plain html with the appropriate anchor text as provided on our
Link to us page. Only one free advert is allowed per photographer, domain name or website.
14) Wedding Photographer Index may make changes to the information, services, products and other materials on this website, or terminate this website, at any time without notice. We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and as such any modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms & Conditions. Therefore, you agree to review the Terms & Conditions periodically and your continued access or use of this website shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
15) Wedding Photographer Index respect your privacy and therefore do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to any third parties.
